Matthew 7:24-25
Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock:
and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house, and it did not fall, for it was founded on the rock.
 
O Lord, You are our rock eternal, help me and my family to put Your word that we read and hear into practice no matter the trials that might come our way in the name of Jesus Christ.

 

Prayer 29/08/2022

Acts 28:2
And the natives showed us unusual kindness, for they kindled a fire and made us all welcome, because of the rain that was falling and because of the cold.

O Lord, anyone You have destined to show my family and I kindness in any area of our lives, let them appear in the name of Jesus Christ.

 

Prayer 28/08/2022

Acts 23:21
But do not yield to them, for more than forty of them lie in wait for him, men who have bound themselves by an oath that they will neither eat nor drink till they have killed him; and now they are ready, waiting for the promise from you.

Any evil agenda organised against me and my family in the remaining part of 2022, may the evil plans consume the organisers and their sponsors in the name of Jesus Christ.

 

Prayer 27/08/2022

Matthew 7:3-4
And why do you look at the speck in your brother’s eye, but do not consider the plank in your own eye?
Or how can you say to your brother, Let me remove the speck from your eye, and look, a plank is in your own eye?
 
O Lord, help me and my family to remove things that does not give You glory from our lives no matter the circumstances so that we can use our gift to glorify Your name and edify the body of Christ in the name of Jesus Christ.

 

Prayer 26/08/2022

2 Kings 5:27
Therefore the leprosy of Naaman shall cling to you and your descendants forever. And he went out from his presence leprous, as white as snow.
 
My Father and my Creator, take my eyes and the eyes of my family members and our thoughts away from anything that will we do to bring curse upon our lives in the name of Jesus Christ.

 

Prayer 24/08/2022

Acts 7:17-19
But when the time of the promise drew near which God had sworn to Abraham, the people grew and multiplied in Egypt till another king arose who did not know Joseph. This man dealt treacherously with our people, and oppressed our forefathers, making them expose their babies, so that they might not live.

My Father and my God, any power, spirit, personality, structure or system programmed against the season of freedom and increase for me and my family, let Your anger arise and destroy them permanently in the name of Jesus Christ.

 

Prayer 23/08/2022

2 Kings 5:15
And he returned to the man of God, he and all his aides, and came and stood before him, and he said, indeed, now I know that there is no God in all the earth, except in Israel, now therefore, please take a gift from your servant.
 
My Father, my Father, thank You for the gift You have blessed me and my family with. Lord, give us the grace not to be selfish with it but to use it to demonstrate Your supernatural power and set the captives free in the name of Jesus Christ.

 

Prayer 22/08/2022

Jeremiah 30:16-17
Therefore all those who devour you shall be devoured; And all your adversaries, every one of them, shall go into captivity. Those who plunder you shall become plunder, And all who prey upon you I will make a prey.
For I will restore health to you And heal you of your wounds, says the Lord, Because they called you an outcast saying. This is Zion, No one seeks her.

My life hear the word of the Lord, reject untimely death in the name of Jesus Christ.

Most of you have heard of the prodigal son (Luke 15:11-32) but have you heard of the prodigal father? The dictionary definition of prodigal is wastefully or recklessly extravagant; giving or yielding profusely; very generous; lavishly abundant; profuse.

Our Heavenly Father is love and gives it to us in a wasteful, reckless extravagant, profuse, extremely generous, abundant way. He gives his love to us, not based on our goodness or merit but because he is lavishly, wastefully, spending his love on us. He does not treat us as we deserve but is extremely generous to each one of us. When we have wasted our lives, our Father waits with open arms to welcome us back home. He gives us new clothes of honor, puts a ring on our fingers, shoes for our feet and prepares a feast for us, with the fattened calf. Enjoy the reckless, extravagant…
