It important to guard what we allow into our eye gates and ear gates. If we input fear, doom, and gloom through our eyes and ears, we will think about these things. The negative thoughts lodge in our hearts (our mind, will, and resulting emotions), to birth anxiety, fear, doubt, and toxic emotions that will flow heedlessly, from our mouths and cause regret and much harm. Guard your mouth gate, so your life will go well.
Our lives go much better when we guard the input that comes into our hearts. Choose to think on the good and not the negative. Have another thought and focus on God’s goodness and blessings. Take a Bible verse and think on it.
So keep your thoughts continually fixed on all that is authentic and real, honorable and admirable, beautiful and respectful, pure and holy, merciful and kind. And fasten your…
