Where is your focus? If you focus on what went wrong, it is easy to get offended. Then you begin to think, “I’m treated poorly!” The emphasis becomes yourself and opens the door to pride and a downhill spiral.
Instead, fix your eyes on Jesus. Remember how he loves you and laid down his life for you, so you could live the abundant life. Jesus took all our sins, curses, diseases and punishment. By his stripes, we receive our healing. He forgives us, so we can forgive others. His victory over the enemy of our souls, is our victory. Keeping your gaze on Jesus, helps us live victoriously and full of thanksgiving.
