– O Lord, by all the powers for which You are known to be God, turn the counsel of every Ahithophel in our live into foolishness in the name of Jesus Christ – Reference : 2 Samuel 15 : 31.

– Every king of Persia in any shape and form asigned to hijack our angel of blessing and our blessings, Holy Ghost fire and Thunder, locate them and destroy them in the name of Jesus Christ – Reference : Daniel 10 : 13.

– My Father, my Father, let every Haman in our lives fall into every trap they have set for us and be destroyed in the name of Jesus Christ – Refrence : Esther 7 : 10. Amen and Amen in the name of Jesus Christ.

PRAYER : May God shut you in whenever the enemy is looking for you in the name of Jesus Christ.

You shall flourish like the palm tree

The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree, he shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon. Those that be planted in the house of the Lord shall flourish in the courts of our God. They shall still bring forth fruit in old age, they shall be fat and flourishing. To shew that the Lord is upright, He is my rock and there is no unrighteousness in Him – Psalm 92 : 12 – 15.

Many times we have read this verse in the bible but most of the times we do not know the qualities of what God has placed in us that make the Psalmist to describe us as the palm tree whose botanical name is Arecaceae according to Wikipedia.

Below is the meaning and some of the qualities of a palm tree which will encourage you to know the qualities that is in the inside of you :

A plam tree is an unbranched evergreen tree of tropical and warm regions, with a crown of very long feathered or fan-shaped leaves, and typically having old leaf scars forming a regular pattern on the trunk.

The qualities:

–  It grows straight heavenward

–  It overtops all other tress

–  The palm tree cast the least shadow… it does not interfere with the growth of its neighbors by hindering the rain or sunshine

–  The palm tree is soft at heart

–  The palm tree has the fewest roots which is sufficient to maintain its upright position

–  The palm tree will not be repressed. When it starts to grow, even if you put a stone on it, it will lift that stone or grow around it and continue      to grow heavenward

–  The older the palm tree, the more abundant, luscious and sweeter are its fruits

–  The dust does not accumulate on the palm tree (it accumulates on other trees). I am free from all earthly contamination in Jesus name

–  The palm tree shows the place of water… it’s roots go deep to find the place of water even in dry places

–  The palm tree is perennially green throughout all season

–  Each and every part of a palm tree is useful

PRAYER :

Father, we thank You for the great things You have placed in the inside of us. Give us the grace to manifest it in season and out of season to the glory of Your name in the name of Jesus Christ.

The greatness in you

 

I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me – Philippians 4 : 13

We are used to this verse and we declare it most of the times with our mouth but many times after the declaration, trials come our way and we often forget that this verse works when there are trials and when there are no trials.

We are here on earth in the image of God and His likeness because He created us so. We are created with a very great power which we are yet to know. There is a greatness in the inside of you which is not in any other person. There is a mission which God has written your name and He expect you and you alone with His help to fulfill. The trials are part of the things you need to overcome so that you can get that crown which He has prepared for you.

Anything you do, do it as if there is no tomorrow. Do it as the only opportunity you have to demonstrate that which He has placed in you. No matter how miserable you might feel you are, there is nothing bad with that if you have decided to think of yourself that way but what I want you to remember are:

–  He that is you is greater than those that are outside of you

–  No power is greater than God who created you in His own image and likeness

–  You are more than a conqueror through Christ Jesus

–  You are an overcomer through Christ Jesus

–  You are very precious in the sight of God.

–  Believe

–  Be patient

–  Be hopeful

–  Trust God’s promises

Therefore, I want to encourage you to stop demoting yourself because you have all that you need just within you to sail through any circumstances that the devil throws your way or any mistake you might have made in life that is why the Bible says in, Micah 7 : 8 ”Rejoice not against me o mine enemy, when I fall, I shall arise, when I sit in darkness, the Lord shall be a light unto me”.

PRAYER :

Father, we thank You for all the power and greatness that You have deposited in us. Lord Jesus, we thank You for what You have done in the cross of calvary through which we have the reconciliation power. Give us the grace Father to stand firm and trust what You have placed in us because it is not to destroy us but to empower us to be an overcomer so that at the end, the glory and honour will be given to You in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
